The Green Building PreCheck assesses the sustainability of a building. It consists of two levels: a basis version (the so called Quick-Check) and an extended version (the so called Extended-Check).
The basis version shows the user whether the building in question is sustainable or not. The extended version is an immersion of the basis version. It is designed to determine the certification levels of the green building certification systems LEED®, BREEAM and DGNB, which are frequently used in Germany to assess the sustainability of buildings. To get a result for the extended version it is necessary to determine the age and the type of the building
